§ 39-2-9-2

39:2-9.2. Reemployment rights A person employed in a position designated as chief inspector, deputy chief inspector, inspector, special inspector or equivalent Civil Service classifications shall have the following reemployment rights: a. The person may be appointed, at his request and at the discretion of the superintendent of the Division of State Police, as a member of the State Police; or b. The person shall be reemployed by the State of New Jersey, as provided by the laws governing Civil Service. L.1983, c. 403, s. 2, eff. Dec. 23, 1983.
