39:3-10.22 Waiver of skills test. 14. The chief administrator shall waive the skills test for a commercial driver license applicant who demonstrates that he meets the requirements for a waiver under the federal 'Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986,' Pub. L. 99-570 (49 U.S.C. s. 2701 et seq.), as those requirements are set forth in 49 C.F.R. s.383.77. L.1990,c.103,s.14; amended 2005, c.147, s.8.
