39:3-10.27. Rules, regulations The director may adopt any rules and regulations, in accordance with the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to carry out the provisions of this act, including the regulations necessary to place this State in substantial compliance with the requirements of the federal 'Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986,' Pub. L.99-570 (49 U.S.C. s.2701 et seq.) and the regulations promulgated pursuant to that federal law. L.1990,c.103,s.19.
