39:3-10.8. Violations of provisions requiring reports of persons subject to epileptiform seizures Any person who is guilty of a violation of section 1 of this act shall be subject to a fine of $50.00 for each violation. Any person who is guilty of a violation of section 2 of this act shall be subject to a fine of $50.00 and, in the discretion of the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles, to suspension or revocation of his driving privileges in accordance with the procedures prescribed by R.S. 39:5-30.
