39:3-13.7 Rules, regulations. 12. The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles and the Director of the Office of Highway Traffic Safety shall adopt, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), any rules and regulations each determines to be necessary to effectuate their respective responsibilities under this act.
