§ 39-3-20-2

39:3-20.2. Misuse of 'in-transit empty' registration; penalty The penalty for misuse of the registration provisions of section 1 shall be a fine of no less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 and suspension or revocation of the privilege. L.1973, c. 319, s. 2, eff. Dec. 18, 1973.
