39:3-22.2. Warrant for refund Upon approval by the commissioner of such application and the surrender of such certificate of registration and license plates, the State Comptroller shall draw his warrant upon the State Treasurer for the amount of such claim in favor of such claimant, and such warrant shall be paid from the moneys collected from motor vehicle registrations.
