39:3-27.14. Interdepartmental rules, regulations The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles and the Adjutant General of the State Department of Defense shall promulgate and adopt interdepartmental rules and regulations governing the issuance and use of such registration plates, the design and affixation of the Minuteman emblem, and providing for their surrender by persons who cease to be members of the New Jersey National Guard for reasons other than honorable separation.
