39:3-27.16. Issuance; fee The special plates authorized by this act may be issued upon proof, satisfactory to the director, that the applicant is a disabled veteran. The fee for such plates shall be $15.00 in addition to any other fees otherwise prescribed by law for the registration of such motor vehicle. L.1979, c. 457, s. 2, eff. Aug. 22, 1980.
