39:3-27.165 Alumni license plate program, four-year public institutions of higher education. 2. The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission shall establish and administer an alumni license plate program for each four-year public institution of higher education. Each alumni license plate program created pursuant to this section shall be subject to the provisions of sections 3 and 4 of P.L.2023, c.232 (C.39:3-27.166 and 39:3-27.167).L.2023, c.232, s.2.
