39:3-27.38. Suspension of approval The director shall have the right to suspend approval of any organization granted permission to obtain special organization vehicle registration plates on behalf of its members if the organization: a. No longer qualifies according to the provisions of this act; or b. Has perpetrated a fraud against the Division of Motor Vehicles in obtaining special plates for its members. L. 1987,c.374, s.4.
