39:3-27.43. Purple heart emblem may be affixed to license plates 1. A person who is an active member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart may affix a purple heart emblem which has been approved by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles to a license plate issued for a motor vehicle owned or leased by that member.
