39:3-27.47. Definitions 1. As used in this act: 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection and Energy; 'Department' means the Department of Environmental Protection and Energy; 'Director' means the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety; 'Division' means the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety; 'Fund' means the 'Coastal Protection Trust Fund' created pursuant to section 4 of this act.
