39:3-27.61. Definitions 1. As used in this act: 'Director' means the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety; 'Division' means the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety; 'Fund' means the fund created pursuant to section 4 of this act.
