Affidavit that registrants husband and wife The Division of Motor Vehicles shall accept as proof that the registrants were husband and wife on the date of death, an affidavit to that effect, executed by the survivor, the form of which affidavit shall be prescribed by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles.
