§ 39-3-45

39:3-45. Certain vehicles excepted The subsequent provisions of this article with respect to equipment and lights on vehicles shall not apply to agricultural machinery and implements, road machinery, road rollers, traction engines or farm tractors except as hereinafter in this article made applicable.
