39:3-79.15 Qualifications of inspectors. 6. Individuals performing SMC inspections pursuant to this act shall be qualified, at a minimum, as set forth in 49 C.F.R. sections 396.19 and 396.25. Evidence of each inspector's qualification shall be retained by the intermodal equipment provider at the intermodal equipment facility for the period of time during which the inspector is performing SMC inspections at that facility.
