39:3-79.21 Rules, regulations. 12. The department shall adopt such rules and regulations pursuant to the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
