39:3-84.11 Display of valid license plates, markers on tow truck. 6. A towing company shall display valid tow truck license plates or markers as required by law on each of its tow trucks. The name of the towing company and the municipality and state where the business is located shall be conspicuously displayed on all tow trucks used by the company as provided by law and regulation.
