39:4-139.12. Suspension of license; fee; deposit There shall be included in the fines and penalties imposed by the court on a person whose license has been suspended pursuant to subsection b. of section 9 of this act a fee of $3.00 which shall be transferred by the court to the division. All fees so transferred shall be deposited in a fund established to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1985, c. 14, s. 11.
