39:4-14.3o . Nonresident motorized bicycle owner; registration The registration provisions governing motorized bicycles shall not apply to a nonresident motorized bicycle owner who has complied with the registration and licensing laws of his state of residence, if the motorized bicycle is appropriately identified in accordance with the laws of his state of residence. Nothing in this section shall authorize the operation of a motorized bicycle contrary to the provisions of this act, section 2 of P.L.1975, c. 250 (C. 39:4-14.3) and P.L.1977, c. 267 (C. 39:4-14.3a et seq.).
