39:4-14.3t. Violations; fine Except as otherwise provided by this act, a person who violates any of the provisions of this act or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this act shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100.00 for each offense. L.1983, c. 105, s. 20.
