39:4-14.3x. Motorized bicycle operators subject to penalties An operator of a motorized bicycle who is convicted of a violation of R.S.39:4-66 concerning the operation of a vehicle when emerging from an alley, driveway, garage, or private road or driveway or section 48 of P.L.1951, c.23 (C.39:4-66.1) concerning the operation of a vehicle when entering an alley, driveway, garage, or private road or driveway from a highway shall be subject to the penalties set forth in R.S.39:4-203.
