39:4-197.12 Reimbursement for mileage. 4. Any person appointed to the municipality's parking enforcement unit for persons with disabilities shall be reimbursed for actual expenses of transportation incurred in the course of the person's work at a rate at least equal to the rate established by the State and adjusted pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1980, c.19 (C.52:14-17.1a).
