39:4-209. Violations; penalties Any person who shall violate any of the said regulations shall be subject to a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than $15.00; provided, however, that any person who shall violate any of said regulations concerning the altering, counterfeiting or misuse of parking permits shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50.00.
