39:4-29. Time for moving along street railway tracks No such road building machinery, vehicle, traction engine, steam roller or other apparatus or machinery shall be operated, driven, propelled or conveyed along the tracks of a street railway excepting between the hours of nine o'clock P.M. and six o'clock A.M.
