§ 39-4-7

39:4-7. Director's hearings; subpoenas The director shall hold hearings when in his judgment they are necessary. He may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers and records applicable to the provisions of this chapter. Amended by L.1951, c. 23, p. 69, s. 7.
