39:4-8.16 Rules, regulations. 5. The Commissioner of Transportation, the Chief Administrator of the Motor Vehicle Commission, and the Superintendent of the State Police may, in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. The Supreme Court of New Jersey may adopt Rules of Court appropriate or necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2007, c.348, s.5.
