§ 39-5-33

39:5-33 Validity of new license. 39:5-33. If a driver of motor vehicles shall have had his license suspended or revoked, a new license granted to him shall be void and of no effect, unless it shall be granted by the commission. Amended 2003, c.13, s.60.
