39:6-88 Fund to be held in trust. 28. Fund to be held in trust. All sums received by the association pursuant to any of the provisions of this act shall become part of the fund, and shall be held by the association in trust for the carrying out of the purposes of this act and for the payment of the cost of administering this act.
