§ 3b-11-25

3B:11-25. No compensation Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no trustee may be compensated for services provided as a member of the board of a community trust. No fees or commissions shall be paid to these trustees; however, a trustee may be paid for necessary expenses incurred by the trustee and may receive indemnification as permitted under Title 15A of the New Jersey Statutes.
