3B:13-29 Termination of guardianship; settlement of account. 3B:13-29. Upon the termination of a guardianship, by death of the ward or otherwise, the public guardian shall settle the account in the same manner as other guardians of persons who are incapacitated. amended 2013, c.103, s.38.
