Filing proof of domiciliary foreign fiduciary's authority If letters have not issued in this State or an action therefor is not pending in this State, a domiciliary foreign fiduciary or any other person may file in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, or if the decedent, ward, or trust has an interest in real estate in any county of this State, then either in that office or in the office of the surrogate of that county, authenticated copies of the letters of appointment of the fiduciary and of any official bond he has given.
