3B:28-6. N.J.S. 3A:25-12 saved from repeal N.J.S. 3A:25-12 is saved from repeal. This section provides for the manner in which the proceeds of the sale of real property sold by judgment of the court and which have been invested during the lifetime of a surviving spouse shall be distributed after the death of the surviving spouse.
