4:1-21.7. Rules and regulations regarding seeds, tubers, grass sod, grass sod plugs, and grass stolons The State Board of Agriculture is authorized to establish rules and regulations for the inspection, grading and certification of agricultural seeds, tubers, grass sod, grass sod plugs, and grass stolons grown in this State.
