§ 4-1-41

4:1-41. Effective date This act shall take effect on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, except that any appointment, and any confirmation or approval of any appointment, permitted by this act may be made prior to such date. L.1948, c. 447, p. 1782, s. 21.
