4:12A-19. Investigations; powers of director The director shall have power to investigate all matters pertaining to the production, distribution, importation, storage, disposal, classification, sale or resale, conditions and terms of sale or resale, costs of production, distribution, sale and resale, processing, sale for manufacture, of milk as defined in this act in the State of New Jersey as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
