4:12A-26. Sales; rules and regulations To effectuate the orderly sale and distribution of milk between dealers, processors, subdealers and stores, and carry out the provisions of this act, the director is hereby empowered to promulgate and enforce conditions, terms and credit regulations governing such sales.
