4:12A-3. Per diem and expenses The members of the board shall each receive a per diem of twenty dollars ($20.00), while in actual attendance at board meetings or in the performance of official duties, but not in excess of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00) in any one year, and shall further receive reimbursement for such actual and necessary expenses as are incurred in the performance of official duties, upon certification by the chairman.
