4:12A-40. Release of milk or proceeds of sale The director or court may in his or its discretion release the milk as herein defined, or the funds derived from the sale of such milk, when the orders of the court and the requirements of this act and the orders, rules and regulations of the director have been complied with, and upon payment of all costs and expenses incurred by the State in any proceedings connected with such seizure or prosecution.
