§ 4-18a-10

4:18A-10. Partial invalidity If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of this act, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby. L.1951, c. 321, p. 1154, s. 10.
