4:1C-38. Acquisition of land in name of State In addition to those powers and duties provided for by section 5 of P.L.1983, c.31 (C.4:1C-6) and by sections 5 and 6 of P.L.1983, c.32 (C.4:1C-5 and C.4:1C-7), the State Agriculture Development Committee also shall have the power to purchase and acquire, in the name of the State, fee simple absolute interest in land in accordance with section 2 of P.L.1989, c.28 (C.4:1C-39).
