§ 4-10-19

4:10-19. Use of brands or marks Such brand or mark may be used on labels attached to packages containing New Jersey agricultural products either fresh or processed packed within this State in accordance with official standards established or grades enforced by the provisions of this act and of chapter ten of Title 4 of the Revised Statutes, and upon packages of processed farm products grown and packed within this State, subject to and in accordance with rules and regulations to be promulgated by the Department of Agriculture.
