4:10-25.2d Guidance document. 4. Within 90 days after the effective date of P.L.2017, c.311 (C.24:4A-3.1 et al.), the Department of Agriculture shall prepare and publish on its Internet website a guidance document that provides information to farmers, food banks, donors, nonprofit organizations, and other persons on the State and federal liability protections available for food donations, gleaning, and other related activities.
