4:10-38. Rules and regulations In order to provide for the orderly marketing of potatoes, the board, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act (P.L.1968, c. 410, C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) may adopt rules and regulations not inconsistent with this act, for the enforcement thereof.
