4:11-13.1 Rules, regulations. 3. The board may adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and to prevent the spread of disease among cattle, sheep, horses and swine.1966, c.27, s.3; amended 1998, c.105, s.10.
