4:12-41.18. Revocation or suspension of licenses The director may revoke or suspend any license or permit issued to any person under the provisions of this act, after a hearing, upon at least five days written notice, stating the grounds for the revocation or suspension, which may be served personally upon or sent by registered mail to such person, for incompetency or for any dishonest, deceptive or fraudulent practice.
