§ 4-13-2

4:13-2. Incorporation Any 3 or more persons or any 2 or more agricultural co-operative associations or combination thereof eligible for membership under this chapter may form a nonprofit co-operative agricultural association, either with or without capital stock, by subscribing and filing a certificate of incorporation, as provided by this chapter.
