§ 4-13-34-1

4:13-34.1. Filing of annual report; contents Any association coming under the provisions of this chapter shall, within 4 months after the expiration of its fiscal year, file an annual report with the Secretary of Agriculture, which shall include, but not be limited to a copy of the annual audit, any changes in the articles of incorporation or by-laws, a list of the current officers and directors, date of the preceding annual meeting of members or delegates, and such other information as shall be prescribed on a form provided by the secretary.
