4:13-40. Reservation of names of dissolved associations The names of all co-operative associations so dissolved or whose authority to transact business has been terminated shall be reserved for a period of 4 months immediately following the date of mailing a copy of the proclamation by the Secretary of State to the association, as if the association were still in existence.
